Single Family Homes

MACASU, INC. now offers single family homes at K.I. Sawyer. These single family homes are in excellent condition and well maintained. We feature a full time maintenance staff whose goal is to provide you with the most trouble free living that can be provided.

The rent on all of our homes includes lawn mowing, snow plowing and garbage pickup. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric and water/sewer. Most indoor pets are accepted, some breeds of dogs are not (no outdoor pets are allowed). All pets have to be pre-approved before they are allowed on MACASU property. There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee for 1 or 2 indoor pets.

A surety deposit is required and is equal to one month's rent. The surety deposit, first months rent and $125 non-refundable pet fee are payable upon the signing of the lease.

All of the homes have a one car garage and one assigned parking place. The homes are part of the Pines Housing Association.
