MACASU, INC.offers townhouse-style apartments at K.I. Sawyer. These townhouse units are in excellent condition and well maintained. We feature a full time maintenance staff whose goal is to provide you with the most trouble free living that can be provided.

The rent on all of our units includes lawn mowing, snow plowing and garbage pickup. MACASU also pays for water and sewage utilities. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, telephone and cable tv. Most indoor pets are accepted, some breeds of dogs are not (no outdoor pets are allowed). All pets have to be pre-approved before they are allowed on MACASU property. There is a $125 non-refundable pet fee for 1 or 2 indoor pets.

A surety deposit is required and is equal to one months rent. The surety deposit, first months rent and $125 non-refundable pet fee are payable upon the signing of the lease.

All of the townhouses have basements, individual heating and hot water systems, a one car garage and one assigned parking place for each unit.
