Efficiency Units

The efficiency apartments are single level units that are 360 square feet. These apartments are located next to a convenience store, church and medical center. These apartments are ideal for a single person or couple that need a smaller apartment. There is a laundry room that only tenants who rent the efficiency apartments have access to. No pets are allowed in these units. These apartments are on month to month leases. MACASU pays the heat, electric, water & sewer and garbage on the efficiency apartment.
